السلام عليكم هذا بغرير بالخميرة البلدية كلمة روووووعة قليلة في حقو درت زلافة خميرة وبحالها زلافة طحين القمح الكامل
زدت عليهوم جوج زلايف ماء سخووون ماشي طايب وشوية الملحة
خلطت كل المقادير في الخلاط
هاهو ملي يا له خلطو
هادي فاش داير الفقاعات راه فاش يا له خلطو وهاد الاخرى ملي خمر خليتو 20 دقيقة وبديت كتطيبو هاهو شوفوه كيفاش مثقب
هاهو ملي طاب بالصحة والراحة
غزال ماشاء الله فايت جربتو وماصدقش غادي نجرب هاد الطريقة ولكن ماتطيبيهش في الطيفال ديري الطين خليه يسخن مزيان و دهنيه بصفر البيض وحطي العجينة دالبغرير وكل مرة تطيبي بغريرة دهنيه

اختي وردية اشنو كطيبي فيه من غير البغرير.عندي كانطيب فيه غير البطبوط.بعض المرات كيقوليا راسي جربي فيه الطياب الخفيف
