المقادير 3 بيضات في حرارة الغرفة + كأس حليب سائل + كأس إلا ربع سكر +كأس إلا ربع زيت + بشر برتقالة + عصير حامضة + 3 الخمارات من فئة 7غ + 5 معالق كبار كوك + قبصةملح + كأس نشا + كأس ونصف دقيق ابيض
العبار ناخدووه بكأس العنبة
الطريقة نطربو البيض والسكر بطراب الكهربائي حتى يصبح الخليط أبيض فاتح لمدة 5 دقائق نضيف بالتدريج الزيت ثم بشر البرتقالة ثم الحليب و الكوك ثم النشا والدقيق بالتدريج ونمزج الخليط جيدا ثم في آخر مرحلة نضيف الخمارات وعصير الحامضة و ونمزج بعد دلك نصب الخليط في مول مدهون بالزبدة ومرشوش بالدقيق ثم ندخله لفرن بارد نشعل الفرن على درجة حرارة 335 درجة ونتركه حتى ينضج وبصحة والراحة
