مربى المشمش بالقلييل من السكر -

كان عندي المشمش البلدي كثيييير وطايب بزاااف وحلوو وما بغيتوش اضيع عدلت به شوية المربى ولكن مكترتش السكر بزاف وصراحة جاني المربى زويييين
هاد القدر ديال المشمش تقريبا 2 كيلو حيدت ليه العلف واضفت له 8 ديال القطع ديال السكر وخليتو ابات حتى للصباح عاد شعلت ليه شي 45 دقيقة مع التحريك بين الحين والاخر لئلا يلتصق المربى اسفل القدر وكلما تكونت الرغوة اقوم بإزالتها ,
انا جاني شويية حامض حيت ما حيدش ليه القشور لي مابغاتش تكون فيه الحموضة تحيد ليه القشور حيت كيطلقو الحموضة
هاهو ملي طاب جا احسن من ديال الحانوت وبدون مواد محافظة
