6 أكواب صغيرة سميد
2كوب صغير دقيق
ملعقة صغيرة خميرة
نصف كوب زيت
نصف كوب سمن أو زبدة
ماء دافيء للعجن
*زيت للقلي
*العسل
*الطريقة:
_نحضر وعاء نضع فيه السميد و الدقيق
و يحركوا جيدا مع بعض

_ثم نضيف الخميرة و السمن و الزيت
\\
_و نحرك جيدا كما هو موضح بالصور
_ثم نضيف القليل ثم القليل من الماء الدافيء
و نعجن جيدا حتى تصبح عجينة لينة كما هو موضح بالصورة
_نتركها ترتاح لمدة 10 دقائق
\\
_ثم نبدأ بتقطيعها هكذا اعمليها اسطوانات
\\
_و نلفها عالمبشرة الناعمة هذه
\\
حركيها من اعلي اللي اسفل من جميع النواحي
وتصبح هكذا
\\
_و نحمي الزيت عالنار و نقلي هكذا حتى
تحمر الأصابع و يصبح لونها ذهبي
\\
_ترفع من الزيت و تصفى جيدا على ورق كلينكس المطبخ
_نغمرها بالعسل هكذا
